Where are you from?
We are based in Porto, Portugal but we sell worldwide ensuring fast shipping and secure payment.
Where can I buy your products?
You can find our products on our website www.yeahllowstore.com or in store, located at Edificio do Infante in Avenida da Boavista. You can also buy all items available through direct message on Instagram or via Whatsapp at +351 936 008 603.
Are your products authentic?
Product authenticity is crucial for Yeahllow Store.
The authentication process is carried out by Real Authentication, a company with years of experience.
The process is divided into several steps. It involves ensuring not only that the items are genuine, but also that they are in the best condition possible and have lost none of their original allure.
Check if the product you want to buy has a certification already. If not, you can ask for a certificate with an extra fee of 32€. Please send us an email with this request.
How often do you add new items to the website?
As often as possible. We are always finding fantastic and unique pieces we want to share with you. You never know what you will find so please check back regularly!
If you really don't want to miss anything, follow us on social media where we usually share news that haven't made it to the website yet!
I have just placed an order. Can I amend it or cancel it?
In that case, please contact us. If the order has not yet been sent we can cancel it. Otherwise, unfortunately, we have no way to do it.

There is a problem with my order. How can I solve it?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so if there’s any issues contact us at support@yeahllowstore.com mentioning your order number and details. We’ll definitely find a solution for you!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, Mbway, Klarna and Bank Deposit. Depending on the product, we also take interest free installments payment directly to Yeahllow.
We take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
Where is my order?
We send an email the evening your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can follow your order. Any question, please contact us.
I have seen a product that I loved but it no longer seems to be available. Now what?
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it and it’s no longer there, but that is what happens sometimes when you are shopping vintage. Our stock on offer is an unique one-off fantastic item. We add new products all the time so you might just find something similar to what you were looking for!
