Where can I buy your products?
You can buy here (online store), via Instagram (instagram.com/yeahllow.store) sending direct message or in our physical store on Rua do Almada 18, 2º direito - Porto, Portugal.
When is your physical store open?
The store opens from Wednesday to Saturday from 14.30 to 19.30, however we can open more days. If in doubt, send a message via instagram or email to email@example.com.
Where do your clothes come from?
Our pieces come from different European cities, mostly from London and Paris.
When do you add items to the site?
As often as possible! We are always finding fantastic items we want to share with you. You never know what you will find so please check back regularly!
Your clothes are second hand?
Since we are talking about vintage clothing, most are second hand but all pieces are treated and cared for individually. We also have new pieces from old collections, always with the aim of reducing production and increasing the product's life cycle.
How do I know if what I buy will fit me?
It is very important that you understand the measurements of the items that you are buying from us. We want you to be thrilled with your products from Yeahllow Store! We provide you with as much detail as possible to help.
I have just placed an order. Can I amend it or cancel it?
In that case, you can contact us. If the order has not yet been sent we can cancel it, otherwise, unfortunately, we have no way to do it.
There is a problem with my order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so if there’s any issues contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details and we’ll find the solution for you.
Do you make returns?
Due to being unique pieces we do not make returns, only exchanges

Where is my order?
We send an email the evening your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can follow your order.
I have seen a product that I loved but it no longer seems to be available. Now what?
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it and it’s no longer there but that is what happens sometimes when you are shopping vintage, our stock on offer is a unique one-off fantastic item. We add products all the time so you might just find something similar to what you were looking for.
