 Tracking

As soon as your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number.

We provide tracking for all our orders, so you know where they are and when they will arrive.

Once an order is shipped Yeahllow Store is not responsible for any delayed, or if the item is lost or damaged while in transit.

Kind note: the item you purchased has been loved by someone else before, which might mean small imperfections.

  

Exchanges and returns 

Exchanges 

The customer has up to 14 days to request an exchange.

Communicate exchange: e-mail us at support@yeahllowstore.com and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange, and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Once a package is received, checked, and approved, we'll send the replacement item  within 3-5 working days.

The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value. 

If the customer prefers, they can opt for the online voucher at the exchange value. This voucher is valid for 3 months. This voucher has an expiration date, a name and cannot be resold.

Returns
You have 14 days to return it (all items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused). Here's how it works:
Communicate return: e-mail us at support@yeahllowstore.comand tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 48 hours.
Once a package is received, checked, and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 15 working days.

Important: We do not refund orders for the SPECIAL ITEMS collection.If you are not satisfied with your item from this collection, we can return the amount in a voucher to our store.

Cancellations 

You can cancel an order until the order is shipped. It is your responsibility to notify us of cancellations as promptly as possible and with clear communication, indicating your name and order number. Please contact us by email, including ‘Cancellation’ in the email subject.

After the order is shipped, Yeahllow can no longer process a cancellation, and it will need to be processed as a exchange. 

It is not possible cancel:
- special orders, when Yeahllow Store orders a special piece for the customer
- items from the SPECIAL ITEMS collection
- orders that have been reserved

Reservations
In the case of a request to reserve a piece, the deposit payment will not be refunded if the customer does not proceed with the purchase.
