To Spain:
3 to 4 working days from the dispatch date.
Shipping: 18.50€
To European Union (excluding Spain):
3 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.

Rest of world:
5 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.

Tracking
As soon as your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number.
We provide tracking for all our orders so you know where they are and when they will arrive.
Once an order is shipped, Yeahllow Store is not responsible for any delay or if the item gets lost or damaged while in transit.
Kind Note: the item you purchased has been loved by someone else before, which might translate into small imperfections.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges
1. Send us an email to support@yeahllowstore.com with the subject "Exchange #(order number)". In the description, please mention what item(s) you would like to return and what item(s) you would wish to exchange for.
Our team will contact you within 48h.
2. Once we receive your order and it has been verified and approved, we will ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
If you prefer, you can opt to receive a voucher for the exchanged item's value. This voucher is valid for 3 months and can be used on both our website and store. It contains an expiration date, name and cannot be resold.
Items bought in store can not be exchanged for special orders (when Yeahllow Store orders a special piece for the customer) or vice versa. Special orders can only be exchanged for a voucher containing the same value of the purchased item.
Important: You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request the exchange. This must be done for an item of equal or greater value. Shipping costs for orders in the event of an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
1. Send us an email to support@yeahllowstore.com with the subject "Return #(order number)". In the description, please mention what item(s) you would like to return and why.
Our team will contact you within 48h.
2. Once we receive your order and it has been verified and approved, a refund of the full order value will be issued and made available within 15 business days.
It is not possible to refund special orders (when Yeahllow Store orders a special piece for the customer) or orders that have been payed or that are still in the process of being paid through installments. These can only be returned through a voucher containing the same value of the purchased item. This voucher is valid for 3 months and can be used on both our website and store. It contains an expiration date, name and cannot be resold.
Important: You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request the return. All items must be returned unused and without any damages that were not present prior to purchase. Shipping costs for orders in the event of a return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
1. Send us an email to support@yeahllowstore.com with the subject "Cancelation #(order number)".
Our team will contact you within 48h.
It is not possible to cancel special orders (when Yeahllow Store orders a special piece for the customer) or orders that have been reserved.
Important: You can only cancel your order until it has been shipped and it is your responsibility to notify us of cancellations as quickly as possible and with clear communication. Once your order has been shipped, Yeahllow will no longer be able to process the cancellation and, in this case, it will be processed as an exchange.
Reservations
In the case of a request to reserve a piece, the deposit payment will not be refunded if the customer does not proceed with the purchase.
