 Tracking

As soon as your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number.

We provide tracking for all our orders, so you know where they are and when they will arrive.

Once an order is shipped Yeahllow Store is not responsible for any delayed, or if the item is lost or damaged while in transit.

Kind note: the item you purchased has been loved by someone else before, which might mean small imperfections.

  

Exchanges and returns 

As all of our pieces are unique, we do not make returns but we do exchange for orders from Portugal. 

Exchanges 

We only do national exchanges - to and from Portugal. 

The customer has up to 7 days to request an exchange of the article via email : info@yeahllowstore.com

The exchange must be made in our showroom or by sending the article to our showroom address (the customer must always send the article in registered CTT - with tracking number)

The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value. 

If the customer prefers, they can opt for the online voucher at the exchange value. This voucher is valid for 3 months. This voucher has an expiration date, a name and cannot be resold.
  

Cancellations 

You can cancel an order until the order is shipped. It is your responsibility to notify us of cancellations as promptly as possible and with clear communication, indicating your name and order number. Please contact us by email, including ‘Cancellation’ in the email subject.

After the order is shipped, Yeahllow can no longer process a cancellation, and it will need to be processed as a exchange.
